Monks is hiring a System Administrator to maintain, configure, and operate computer systems and cloud platforms for its .Monks environment. The role supports regional escalation for tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jamf, and Intune; resolves complex Tier 2/3 issues; prepares the IT environment for ISO 27001 audits; and contributes to automation and technology evolution. It is a hybrid position with infrequent office attendance at the Kuala Lumpur office and requires 3–5+ years of systems administration or similar operational experience, along with knowledge of cloud, operating systems, networking, identity and endpoint management, and scripting.
