Description
Mattel is seeking an experienced Application Packager to support enterprise software deployment across a global Windows environment with 10,000+ endpoints. The role packages, tests, deploys, and troubleshoots MSI, EXE, and scripted applications using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and related tools, while supporting deployment standards, security compliance, UAT coordination, version lifecycle management, PowerShell automation, and change management. The position requires 3–5+ years of enterprise application-packaging experience and offers a flexible work model combining in-person collaboration with flexibility.
