Versant Power is hiring an entry-level IT Analyst I for a substantially sedentary, state-remote position based in the Operations Center/Bangor. The role provides technology support, triage, configuration, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for specified applications and services, including Customer Information Systems, while supporting business owners, internal customers, vendors, and intermediate and senior analysts. The position requires an associate degree in computer science or equivalent experience, at least six months of client-focused IT support experience, testing methodology exposure, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel for training.
