Description
The IT Analyst I – Desktop provides day-to-day consultation, training, instruction, troubleshooting, and support for hardware, software, and related computer systems to technical staff and end users. Responsibilities include handheld and peripheral device support, PC performance upgrades, inventory maintenance, equipment failure documentation, onsite branch or department support, and handling tickets, phone, and email support. The role requires an associate’s degree, PC and basic network troubleshooting, Microsoft product knowledge, Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 familiarity, along with strong customer service skills. The full-time position pays $21.64–$22.60 hourly plus bonus and benefits.
