ESSS is hiring an IT Analyst for its Madrid office to provide technical support for simulation and computational engineering tools, primarily ANSYS. The role involves diagnosing Linux application problems, analyzing logs and performance, identifying CPU, RAM, and GPU bottlenecks, recommending hardware configurations, optimizing computational resources, documenting solutions, and supporting internal users, executives, and onboarding processes.
