The role owns administration, governance, reliability, security, compliance, and enterprise identity for Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, and Entra ID. It requires 15 years of IT experience with a high school diploma or GED, or 10 years with an associate degree, or 8 years with a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, along with participation in 24/7 on-call support.
