B4CheckIn is hiring one regular IT & Compliance Manager to lead technology strategy, governance, risk management, compliance, audit support, organizational structure, succession planning, and leadership development. The role partners with senior leadership, aligns technology with business objectives, and supports the scaling of the technology organization. A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 3–5 years of experience with cloud, cybersecurity, identity and access management, DevSecOps, platform engineering, modern infrastructure, AI governance, ITSM, or enterprise architecture are required; preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, ITIL, COBIT, PMP, Microsoft Azure certifications, CIPP, or related management, governance, cloud, or cybersecurity credentials. The expected base salary is CAD 75,000–85,000, with 37.5 scheduled weekly hours.
