Description
Harbinger is hiring an IT & Cybersecurity Program Manager to operationalize the IT and Cybersecurity team’s roadmap. The role partners with the IT Director to manage quarterly OKRs and project backlogs, coordinate cross-project initiatives across IT Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Operations, lead change management and reporting, and drive SOX ITGC, SOC 2, IPO-readiness, vulnerability, access, vendor-risk, and implementation programs. The position requires at least five years of technical program or project management experience in IT or information security, with SOX/SOC 2 audit experience preferred, and offers a California pay range of $140,000 to $180,000 USD plus health, dental, vision, stock options, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
