Description
The IT Applications Intern will support the IT-Applications team with data inventory and cleaning for the Trustmark certification, school application lifecycle management, and Level 2 incident and request support. Responsibilities include managing access rights, maintaining application inventories in GLPI, building dynamic forms, reviewing user incidents, diagnosing and resolving issues, escalating unresolved problems, tracking SLAs in Power BI, documenting standard operating procedures, and assisting project managers.
