Description
The employer is seeking an IT Application Manager / Application Support professional to support and develop business applications such as ERP, PIM, and CRM; analyze and optimize business processes; design system interfaces; participate in digitalization projects; identify automation opportunities; create SQL-based data analyses; implement Microsoft Reporting Services layouts; maintain data structures and quality; provide second-level application support; and document systems, interfaces, and processes. The role is based in the Gütersloh region, North Rhine-Westphalia, and requires an IT application development or system integration qualification, database knowledge, business-application support experience, interface and data-integration experience, analytical thinking, automation interest, and an independent working style.
