The IT Application Manager will plan, coordinate, and develop online services and applications, support their implementation through go-live, and manage testing, rollout, operations, incidents, change requests, SLAs, quality checks, user support, master data, and documentation. The role is based in Dortmund, offers full-time or part-time work with up to 60% home office, and requires a technical university degree, experience with requirements management and IT application development, and strong German language skills. Compensation is €63,799 to €84,898 in pay group 10 BAT/AOK-Neu, depending on prior professional experience.
