Description
The role manages and administers a diverse application landscape of approximately 150 applications across production and quality environments. Responsibilities include coordinating incidents, problems, and changes; handling technical requirements; monitoring Linux and Windows application landscapes; supporting operational stability; coordinating with business units, developers, and external vendors; and implementing changes related to business, IT security, and compliance. The position requires a technical degree or comparable qualification, experience with IT applications and services, Linux and Windows knowledge, IT Service Management familiarity, vendor-management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and German and English proficiency.
