Transdev GmbH is hiring an IT Application Manager – Microsoft 365 in Berlin or Duisburg to provide second- and third-level support for Microsoft 365, administer and develop business applications and the digital workplace, resolve incidents, manage updates, tests, releases, users, permissions, and system performance, and support business departments and external partners. The role requires several years of practical experience with Microsoft 365 or comparable environments, strong service orientation, independent work, negotiation-level German skills, and very good English; Power Automate knowledge is an advantage.
