Eurofins Scientific is hiring an IT Application Support Engineer based in Belo Horizonte/Indaiatuba, Brazil, to provide L1 and L2 support for ADMS and ComLIMS applications. The role involves troubleshooting application, IIS, database, API, and single-sign-on issues; managing incidents and tickets; coordinating with cross-functional and L3 teams; and applying ITIL practices. Candidates need 2–4 years of application troubleshooting experience, database and SQL knowledge, English communication skills, and teamwork and leadership abilities. The position offers hybrid work with four days in the office each week.
