The role supports the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of core IT applications, including document management, HR, and portal solutions. It involves third-level incident analysis, root-cause resolution, application monitoring, updates, security patches, feature testing, documentation, and coordination of external service providers. The position requires a degree or comparable IT qualification, several years of IT administration and third-level support experience, Microsoft and Windows expertise, web-server, portal, and SQL experience, PowerShell and network skills, and German and English proficiency.
