Description
The IT Applications Analyst will implement, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure software applications and the servers on which they run. The role includes customer reporting with SQL and Power BI, database and application support, vendor coordination, security and compliance, documentation, training, automation, and asset and licensing management. It requires an associate’s degree or equivalent experience, relevant IT certifications, Windows Server and database knowledge, SQL and Power BI familiarity, background and drug screening, and flexibility for extended hours, nights, weekends, and on-call work.
