The IT Assistant provides Tier 1 technical support for company systems, networks, and technology assets. The role troubleshoots hardware, software, Windows environments, network connectivity, and user-access issues; supports onboarding, system updates, performance monitoring, cybersecurity education, and asset documentation; and collaborates with the IT Administrator. It is a full-time position paying $19-$24 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
