Description
Braze is hiring an Information Technology Associate to provide in-person and remote technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software, support macOS and iOS devices, manage Apple and mobile-device deployments, provision and de-provision accounts, support conference-room equipment and live events, maintain IT inventory, and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks. The role requires commuting to the office and working in the office up to five days per week, with occasional travel to other office locations.
