Description
The IT Associate serves as the first line of defense for IT technical teams, handling phone and email inquiries, creating tickets, resolving basic user issues, and routing complex requests to Tier 2 and Tier 3 technicians. Responsibilities include password resets, drive and printer mapping, basic PC, mobile device, printer, and phone troubleshooting, customer education, documentation, and project assistance. The role requires strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills, along with knowledge of Windows desktops, Microsoft server products and Active Directory, and Microsoft Office. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems is required, while A+ certification and Office 365 experience are preferred.
