Dolby Laboratories is hiring an IT Audit Manager to lead IT audit and SOX compliance activities, including risk assessment, scoping, testing, reporting, remediation, and coordination with external auditors. The role also plans and executes risk-based IT audits, advises on IT risk, manages and mentors audit staff, supports enterprise risk and investigations, and uses data analytics and AI-enabled tools. Candidates need 5–7 years of IT audit, technology risk, or cybersecurity experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role and Big 4 experience, along with SAP, GRC, ERP, SOX, cybersecurity, and data analytics experience. The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and offers a base salary of $137,100–$188,300 plus bonus, benefits, and possible equity.
