Description
The IT Automation Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that eliminate manual and repetitive tasks. Responsibilities include scripting with PowerShell, Python, Bash, and JavaScript; implementing RPA or similar orchestration solutions; integrating systems and applications through APIs; monitoring and managing workflows; optimizing performance and scalability; applying security best practices; and maintaining documentation and lifecycle management. The role requires 5 to 7 years of experience, strong scripting and programming skills, knowledge of Windows and Linux, experience with virtualization, containers, and cloud platforms, familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and logging, and experience using Git.
