Description
Netrio is hiring an IT Automation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions across IT operations. The role focuses on converting manual and repetitive tasks into reliable scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages; administering Windows and/or Linux environments; building integrations through APIs and webhooks; testing and monitoring automations; and documenting technical solutions. The engineer will use AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining full ownership of the code and logic, and will collaborate with service desk, engineering, and leadership in a fast-paced managed service provider environment.
