Computershare is hiring an IT Business Analyst for its Shared Services development team in Bristol on a hybrid basis, requiring at least three days per week in the office. The role focuses on Agile software delivery, stakeholder requirement elicitation, User Story and Product Backlog development, technical and business communication, estimation support, and mentoring junior analysts. Candidates should have prior Agile software development experience, stakeholder management and analysis skills, and familiarity with the software development lifecycle, architecture, technologies, basic scripting, and database queries; an IT Business Analysis or similar technical qualification is preferred, as is experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
