GreenPath Financial Wellness is hiring a Business Analyst to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, Product Management, data teams, and IT delivery teams. The role leads requirements gathering and analysis for application development, data initiatives, reporting, dashboards, visualizations, and analytics solutions; documents functional and non-functional requirements, data lineage, transformations, and mappings; supports Agile delivery, user acceptance testing, releases, training, and continuous improvement; and leverages AI and automation tools. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3–5 years of business analyst experience, with financial services or call center experience preferred. It is primarily desk-based, with less than 5% travel and occasional after-hours or weekend work.
