The IT Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing business processes, translating needs into functional specifications, and supporting testing, training, and deployment. The hybrid contract role requires business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, software development lifecycle, and Agile knowledge, along with proficiency in Excel, Visio, JIRA, Tableau, Rovo, and Copilot. Compensation is listed at $54–$64 per hour.
