Description
The employer is seeking an IT Business Analyst for a six-month contract with possible renewal. The role leads priority business requirements, plans stakeholder workshops, contributes to project plans, supports users through training and troubleshooting, and collaborates across projects involving point-of-sale and ERP systems. The profile requires at least five years of IT Business Analyst experience, retail sales-system knowledge, QA and UAT test-case experience, ERP and Microsoft 365 knowledge, workshop facilitation, independent priority management, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, and French-English bilingualism.
