Marsh is hiring an IT Business Analyst to translate insurance and reinsurance business strategies into actionable requirements, define system specifications, manage data mappings and business-process documentation, conduct feasibility and impact analyses, support integration and regulatory compliance, and facilitate user acceptance testing and training. The role requires insurance and reinsurance domain expertise, strong communication and analytical skills, stakeholder management, and familiarity with SQL, system integration, and Agile/Scrum; it is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients.
