Inetum is hiring an IT Business Analyst – Process Unity Support to join its Process Unity Center of Excellence in Lisbon. The role supports Business As Usual activities for the Process Unity platform across eight entities, including functional administration, incident resolution, ticket and request management, performance reporting, and process continuity. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field, IT support and business analyst experience, Process Unity knowledge, JIRA and ServiceNow experience, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and mandatory English fluency; French knowledge is strongly valued.
