Vaco is hiring a Business Development Manager to generate sales, increase revenue and profitability, develop client relationships, prospect for new business, and manage job orders from intake through fulfillment. The role collaborates with recruiters, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts, uses Bullhorn to track activity, and may cross-sell across business lines. A bachelor’s degree or 0–18 months of technology sales or staffing experience is required, with IT community involvement preferred. The salary range is $65,000–$80,000 USD, with possible incentive compensation, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
