Constaff is hiring an IT Business Engineer for project work with a customer. The role supports the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through rollout, coordinates business units and software vendors, creates process models and specifications, performs SQL-based data analysis and testing, manages pilots and rollouts, handles third-level support, improves applications, moderates workshops, and supports product ownership in an agile environment. Mandatory qualifications include a degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field, several years of agile software development experience, project and framework experience, sub-project management, business process modeling, SQL and data analysis, and Jira and Confluence proficiency.
