The Business Intelligence Analyst designs, develops, and supports scalable reporting and data solutions across the organization. The role partners with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, build Power BI reports and semantic models, develop SQL queries and data pipelines, and maintain data models and reporting performance using modern platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Azure. The position requires a related bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience with relational databases, SQL, and reporting or analytics solutions, with compensation starting at $89,000 for the Analyst I level and $95,000 for the Analyst II level.
