New Jersey Resources is hiring a Business Relationship Manager to lead the IT Project Management Office’s portfolio of strategic technology investments for Corporate Services functions including HR, Finance, Procurement, and Legal. The role partners with business executives and IT leaders to translate strategies into multi-year roadmaps, govern investments, manage business cases and budgets, oversee active projects, evaluate AI and automation opportunities, and drive value realization. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of enterprise IT leadership experience, and strong portfolio, financial, vendor, and executive-stakeholder skills. The position offers a $111,000–$150,000 base pay range, medical, vision, and dental coverage, and a hybrid schedule of three onsite and two remote days.
