Description
The Business Solution Analyst bridges Operations, IT, and technology partners to translate terminal operational needs into functional requirements and practical IT solutions. The role analyzes and improves terminal processes, supports TOS, automation, gate, crane, and reporting systems, manages releases and testing, handles incidents and operational disruptions, and leads smaller projects and change initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, technical affinity for integrations, APIs, data flows, and Groovy, and offers progression toward Business Solution Owner.
