The role handles application troubleshooting, system configuration, data validation, reporting, integrations, automation, documentation, user training, and technology research, with a focus on improving workflows, reporting accuracy, and system performance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of experience in a business, systems, IT, ERP, application, or similar analyst role.
