AAA Washington is hiring an IT Business Systems Analyst III - Salesforce to lead complex, cross-functional business analysis initiatives for enterprise systems. The role owns requirements, process mapping, gap analysis, solution evaluation, testing, UAT, backlog refinement, release activities, risk mitigation, and mentoring of less experienced analysts. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, 5–7+ years of business systems analysis experience, Salesforce experience, and experience with enterprise applications. The position is based in the corporate office in Bellevue, Washington, with hybrid and remote work options, and offers a hiring range of $98,634 to $113,424 plus a discretionary bonus.
