The Change Manager will coordinate daily change-request tickets, triage and close NCSC-related tickets, document workflows, and participate in or facilitate change-related boards such as CAB, TRB, RGB, and D-CAB. The role requires at least three years of Change Manager experience, preferably in cybersecurity, proficiency with BMC ITSM, and an ITIL v3 Transition or equivalent certification. It is based on-site in Mons, Belgium, with possible travel to other NCIA locations.
