Description
The IT Operations role supports the delivery and maintenance of technology solutions in an Agile and DevOps environment. Responsibilities include defining technical solutions, integrating production and infrastructure requirements into scoping and product backlogs, deploying solutions, coordinating monitoring and service supervision with Application Production Support, maintaining operational services, and improving production through automation and performance initiatives. The role also contributes to operational requirements during solution design, project meetings, complexity and risk assessments, and solution planning.
