SEC-COM GmbH is hiring a full-time IT Communications Technician to install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and support IT communications systems such as Mitel, innovaphone, Starface, and estos. The role includes independent customer-site project implementation, on-site and remote customer support, coordination with Sales, and cross-regional projects. Candidates need vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification, experience with IT communications systems, fault-analysis skills, customer orientation, and a Class B driver’s license.
