PTA GmbH is hiring an IT Consultant Agile Coach / Scrum Master to support agile transformation, coaching, team development, and project work for customers across Germany. The role involves facilitating Scrum and other agile ceremonies, coaching Product Owners and development teams, removing impediments, supporting scaled agile approaches, and communicating with customers. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least two years of agile implementation experience, Scrum and Kanban knowledge, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, and fluent German and English. The position offers a hybrid model with customer-site and office work, travel of up to three days per week, and an annual salary of EUR 55,000 to EUR 65,000.
