ITventive is hiring a full-time, permanent IT Consultant to provide customers with continuous consulting on digitalization, ECM solutions, and AI. The role analyzes business processes and customer requirements, develops implementation concepts, translates requirements into project specifications, structures project phases, coordinates customers and internal teams, leads workshops and trainings, and supports pre-sales. The position is based in Ludwigsburg or Regenstauf and requires an IT-focused degree or comparable qualification, strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking, technical expertise, customer-facing communication skills, German and English proficiency, and experience designing IT solutions; ECM or digitization project experience is advantageous.
