Description
The role provides remote and on-site support for customers’ client and server IT infrastructure, advises existing and potential customers, creates tailored IT solutions, and independently manages projects. It requires vocational IT training or a computer science degree, experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Linux, Microsoft client operating systems, networks, firewalls, backup software, and cloud environments including MS365, plus C1 German and English skills.
