Duke Health Technology Solutions is hiring an Integrations Solutions IT Consultant to design, develop, document, and govern reusable healthcare integration architectures across clinical, operational, partner, and AI-enabled platforms. The role focuses on APIs, HL7/FHIR, messaging, SMART on FHIR, OAuth2, SFTP, Epic integrations, monitoring, technical documentation, vendor coordination, and Agile delivery, with no supervisory responsibility. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, five years of technical experience including Chronicles programming, Epic certification or proficiency, and three years of API development experience.
