Description
The University is hiring an IT consultant to manage networking and telephony MAC (moves, adds, and changes) projects. The role assesses cabling, equipment, parts, and technology requirements; prepares cost estimates; coordinates with university departments, iTech teams, physical plant staff, contractors, and vendors; schedules installations; and manages projects through completion. It also requires field work locating, marking, terminating, and splicing copper and fiber cabling and determining cable paths. Applicants must be authorized to work full time in the United States without visa sponsorship.
