Description
PTA GmbH is hiring an IT Consultant in Project Management to support insurance clients in digitizing processes and modernizing IT landscapes. The role covers planning, steering, and implementing classic and agile IT projects; managing the full project lifecycle; coordinating clients, teams, and external partners; monitoring schedules, budgets, and quality; applying Scrum, Kanban, and agile coaching; and supporting lead generation and proposals. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least two years of IT project management experience, at least two years of insurance-industry experience, knowledge of project management methods, and fluent German and English. The position is available in Berlin, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Karlsruhe, Kassel, Cologne, Mannheim, Munich, and Stuttgart, with a hybrid model and travel of three days per week, and offers an annual salary of €55,000 to €65,000.
