Description
The role supports public-sector customers in Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, and Bavaria with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server migrations, readiness checks, infrastructure planning, pilot environments, image packaging, rollout support, and second-level escalation support. It requires strong Windows administration, MECM/SCCM or Intune, PowerShell automation, Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking knowledge, along with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The position offers home office, a company car, bike leasing, training, and free lunch at the Mainz and Bad Soden sites.
