Description
The role advises energy suppliers and municipal utilities on designing, implementing, and optimizing customer, communication, portal, CRM, workflow, campaign, and output-management processes in the ERP billing solution ENER:GY. Responsibilities include process analysis and modeling, ERP customization, SQL-based data analysis, and customer and internal workshops. The position requires at least two years of experience in the energy-supply or municipal-utility environment, process-modeling expertise, SQL and data knowledge, ERP and IT-system understanding, and structured customer communication.
