This technical leadership role drives solution architecture and design for National products initiatives, translating business and product requirements into implementable solutions across Kaiser and vendor IT and system teams. The position supports product launch and delivery, customer and application support, software implementation, cross-functional integration, complex configuration, testing, solution design, vendor evaluation, process improvement, and enterprise-wide requirements and business-case analysis.
