Hong Leong Bank is seeking an IT Contract Management Manager for its Procurement team to lead end-to-end IT strategic sourcing, procurement, and vendor management. The role focuses on maximizing value across bank-wide IT spending through cost-saving, TCO analysis, pricing benchmarks, and contract negotiation, while ensuring compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines including RMiT. The position requires a Malaysian citizen with at least 5 years of managerial sourcing/procurement experience, including 3 years in IT, strong analytical and communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel and related office and procurement tools.
