Description
The role supports DTR’s PMS Resort Suite system and provides IT and AV support at the Headwaters Ecology & Community Center in Winter Park, including PMS and Data Plus troubleshooting, PC and server support, network and VPN troubleshooting, PBX and Wi-Fi support, POS and inventory management, user training, reporting, and vendor coordination. The position also requires assistance with ESXi, VEEAM, cloud infrastructure, and VSphere technologies, along with after-hours IT support. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an IT field and at least two years of IT experience, with prior PMS/POS, enterprise network, and advanced ESXi experience preferred. The salary is $58,000–$65,000.
