Little Dot Studios is hiring an IT Coordinator to provide end-user technology support, configure and maintain devices and accounts, manage media ingest and server-related tasks, maintain hardware and software inventory, and support onboarding and offboarding. The role requires ITIL foundations, troubleshooting, end-user support, network fundamentals, familiarity with post-production and ticketing tools, and experience with macOS, Windows, iOS, Google Workspace, and mobile device management platforms.
